1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Software, digital downloads, or subscriptions once activated or downloaded.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if explicitly stated on the product page).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer:

  • A replacement unit, or

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs)

We may request photos or videos of the defect or damage for verification purposes.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider.

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
